Scenic Photo Shoot
95% of the brides that come to Hawaii like to do a scenic photo shoot. We start your wedding day with a Romantic Tour of the most beautiful sites on the island, taking lots of fun and romantic scenic pictures at each stop, an experience that may be the highlight of your Wedding in Hawaii.
We pick you up at your hotel to begin your scenic photo shoot. At each stop (cascading waterfalls, breathtaking sheer ocean cliffs, hillside tropical gardens overlooking the ocean, and white sand beaches), we create portraits of the bride, the groom and couple portraits, that are both fun and romantic. We take an unlimited number and variety of artistic, creative, classic, elegant, and fun photos. Our brides and grooms tell us that they really enjoy this day of fun and photos.
All too soon, we reach our ceremony location: (beach, lawn, waterfall, sailing, sandbar, chapel, etc). for the Sunset wedding.

The Ceremony
First the conch shell is blown 3 times signaling the beginning of your Ceremony. Then, you walk down to the Minister, while live romantic traditional or contemporary processional music is being performed (sounds like Kenny, creating a romantic ambiance with what some call "the worlds most romantic music". We get lots of compliments). Next, you exchange leis with each other, presenting the lei with a kiss. Then the minister begins the Ceremony, ending with your vows, the exchange of rings, and kiss. Again, you are serenaded with a moving song performed by one of the worlds best instrumentalists, who has performed for more than 450,000 people in Hawaii. Next, you will sign your wedding certificate. Finally, you will be serenaded for your first dance. Then, we take formal photos with your family and friends. Services that we provide for Ceremonies: Photo, video, minister, live music, flowers, limousine, Hawaiian hula show, wedding cake, toasting, (catered food for yacht weddings)

Sunset Portraits
After your choreographed Ceremony is complete, you can relax as we go down to the beach to take some fun bare-foot-on-the-beach candids of the bride and groom, wading in the Water, drawing hearts in the sand, walking hand in hand, carrying each other, frolicking in the water. Then, we end the day, with some Romantic sunset portraits ... a kiss, a silhouette, or a portrait of you holding the setting sun in your hands.

Yacht Wedding
After the Scenic Photo Shoot, we arrive at the Luxury Cruiser and Yacht, a copy of President Kenedy's beautiful all hardwood yacht. This is absolutely the most romantic way to have your wedding, and reception. We can provide live romantic and upbeat music, flowers, catering and beverages. We can do either a 2 hour or 3 hour cruise. The Yacht will hold from 8-45 guests. We meet well before sunset, cruise out into the bay facing Honolulu and Waikiki. After on hour relaxing, we perform the marriage, then do the family formals with Diamond head and Waikiki in the background, ending with sunset portraits with the bride and groom. Then we party, eat orderves, finger foods, and watch the lights of Waikiki in the tropical breeze, we cruise back into the harbor. What a beautiful, relaxing, fun way to have your wedding. (We can also do sailboat weddings for 2-12).

Dinner, Entertainment
Once the sun has set, we pack up, and I drive you back to your hotel, for your evening of fine dining, of wine and roses, luau, dinner cruise, horse and carriage ride or other evening entertainment.

For those who want a Reception
We can provide a ballroom or private site with catered food, DJ, MC, photo, video, romantic serenading sax, floral arrangements, wedding cake, limousine and limo bus, help you plan your timeline and program for your larger reception 50-500. We are happy to quote you a price. If you would like for us to have a coordinator at your wedding, we charge $75 per hour for our services. We know all of the best venues, from our 500 + weddings that we have provided services, and we want you to have a fun, and romantic wedding. We can remove the stress from your day.

Meeting to see your Wedding photos
In the next couple of days, we are preparing your photos. Most of the time, they are ready to view, before you leave the island, in a theater style slide show during where you choose and purchase your album, prints, enlargements, and cd of high rez files. If you do not have the time to see your photos before you leave Oahu, we can quote you a package price that includes photos, albums, CD's, enlargements, and photo slideshow for your reception back at home. (Most brides want to see all of their photos in a theatre style slideshow before deciding what they want if they will be on the island for a few days after their ceremony.)

There is quite a demand for Randy's photographic art, and he is often hired to do weddings on the islands of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, and Oahu.

You will want prints, albums, etc. included in your package if you leave the next day. Otherwise, most brides prefer to see the photos a couple days after the wedding, then decide what kind of Album, prints, CD, slideshow and enlargements they want.

How do we get started?
If we are doing a beach wedding, we will give you a custom quotation. Add 4.17% sales tax. The first half is a non-refundable retainer which books the date and can be paid by credit card or check. The second half can be paid by credit card or check 2 weeks before your booked wedding date.

If we are doing your reception, a retainer of $500 will get us started working on your wedding reception. Then, once we have determined all of your requirements and gotten the prices from the hotel or site, the remaining part of the 50% retainer is due (we will need to book the hotel/site booked right away before someone else does, especially since most hotels book up 1 year to 1 1/2 years in advance.)
